We're expecting some good stories from this one! Looking back at the full life local author Mara Clark has lived, we're astounded that Concord is exciting enough to keep her. A member of the Screen Actors' Guild, Mara is retired from show business, where she performed as a professional character actress doing more than 100 roles in film and TV. Having done scenes with Paul Newman, Vanessa Redgrave, Kelsey Grammar, among others, she currently enjoys directing plays at Havenwood Heritage Heights, for the enjoyment of the residents. Her novel, Dee Evans: Special Agent - Stories of a Woman Addicted to Danger, is not autobiographical, but the settings for each of the plots are places to which Mara and her husband have traveled in their younger years. |
