alive for now cover artHow would your life be different if you lived with mindfulness of your own inevitable death? Instead of that being a morbid question, the answer to it may be the most powerful means to get your actions in line with your truest priorities. Alive for Now is beyond a book, it is a guided journey in using action-based practices for thriving in life that are otherwise quite easily diverted for a lifetime. An unexpected and refreshing method for living a life of authenticity, contentment, presence, courage, and resilience. Jessica Murby presents Alive For Now, to discuss the book's themes, and to lead the audience in one of the book's exercises.
